Show me the files — I will check each against OTTO, tell you where it fits and explain every mismatch.
What I check
- Size: pixel for pixel on platforms with fixed slots, proportions, minimum and maximum on marketplaces.
- File weight and format: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF — by each platform’s limits.
- Platform rules — with the “ad quality” box: banned words, contacts, watermarks, white background.
- The requirements come from the same platform specs Neuro uses to build creatives.
FAQ
Are the files uploaded anywhere?
Not for the size check: I read size, weight and format in your browser. With the “ad quality” box the images go to the model and are kept for 7 days so you can fix them.
What does it cost?
The size check is free and unlimited. Ad quality — 3 files a day without signing in and 20 a month once signed in.
A file does not fit — what now?
Neuro builds the missing sizes from your file and checks each by the same rules. Credits only for an accepted result.
