Ad law in Belarus — what to check
- Ads are in Belarusian and/or Russian. A foreign slogan outside the trademark is translated in the same typeface.
- With contacts, the advertiser's name and tax ID (УНП) are required (online, a link to a site with them is enough).
- Comparative advertising is banned.
