How I check

Russia: the «Реклама» label and an erid token online; no unprovable “best”, “No. 1”.
Kazakhstan: Kazakh text, Russian in the same size and typeface; the «Реклама» label.
Belarus: Belarusian or Russian, no comparison with competitors.
A marketplace card is not an ad: I do not ask for labelling there.

Common mistakes

“The best coffee in town” without a study.
A banner for Kazakhstan in Russian only.
